Can FOO source any product?

FOO will review each request individually. Some products may be unavailable, restricted, unsafe to import, or unsuitable for the store’s sourcing process.

Do I need to pay when submitting the form?

No. Submitting a request is not a purchase. You will first receive product details and a quotation.

Can I submit a Taobao or supplier link?

Yes. Include the link in the product-link field together with any important requirements.

Is shipping included?

The quotation should clearly state the product cost, sourcing-related charges, and applicable delivery costs.
